By filling out and submitting the application form you agree to abide by the By-Laws of the Home Builders Association of Texarkana, the Texas Association of Builders, & the National Association of Home Builders.

A remittance of $330 for builders and $305 for associates must accompany this completed application. All applications are subject to approval by the Home Builders Association of Texarkana's Board of Directors.
