Membership in the Texarkana HBA is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors. Prospective members should have been in business for at least 1 year.

Membership in the Texarkana HBA also includes membership in the National Association of Home Builders & the Texas Association of Builders.

All applications must be accompanied by a check for the initial year's dues of $550 for Builder/Associate.

Individuals can join as an Affiliate member for $125 if their company is currently a member of the HBA.

Membership renewals are due during the month of initial admission annually.
